Responsibilities:
Work in SAP implementation, migration and upgrade projects
Monitor & Optimize system performance, perform root cause analysis, administer system and provide technical support
Perform system activities, changes and problem management in SAP infrastructure
Provide regular reports on system performance, system uptime and utilization
Perform enhancement and optimization on database or system related process
Project planning,execution andcompletion
Service planning and controlling, completion
Business or development process analysis and design
Collaborate with external partners in projects
Requirements
Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in IT or equivalent
years of experience in SAP Basis with 6 years of experience in providing SAP Basis support in large complex SAP setup
Certified and experienced in SAP HANA
Experience as SAP solution architect is anadvantage.
Experienced in AIX & Windows operating systems, Oracle, MS SQL Server & DB2 databases and performing SAP & Database Upgrades
Prepare well written proposals and present the content to clients clearly and convincingly
Ready to work in 24x7 support environment, if required
Familiar with ITIL processes
